During
these challenging times restaurants are tempted to
purchase cheaper, lower quality products in
order to
survive. At Blondie's, we've created a business model that REFUSES to
compromise quality. So, we now introduce to you our Spring Menu. It offers lower priced entrees
that are smaller portioned, not only allowing
our guests to dine more frequently but to also eat more healthy. We
will continue to strive to purchase the highest quality, all-natural
PRIME aged beef, all-natural poultry, and fresh organic produce.
We've
also partnered
with Food Services of America and their keen sales associate,
Robert Stowe (a former executive chef). Chef Marshall and Mr.
Stowe will meet weekly to evaluate the products needed to
maintain the quality, freshness, and uniqueness that
orchestrate
the
symphony of wonderful flavors on Blondie's musically
themed menu.
Our
promise to you, is to maintain the
highest quality possible in
the Chef's Pantry. Why? Well, quite simply, you
deserve
nothing less.
